I love this property. The front desk receptionist on arrival should not be doing her job. Poor communication skills and pretty much no service at all. Check out reception lady was completely difference and extremely helpful. Overall I think the property needs to re-evaluate it's signage as it's difficult to find one's way around. Part of the charm I guess, but a few more directional signs would be an improvement
