During Covid : Guest amenity provided box of masks / bottle of hand sanitizer / 1pc wet wipe in guestroom. I appreciated this and was impressed that the Berkeley team thought of this added feature in guestrooms. Appreciated the upgrade to a room with small balcony - felt the room layout was a bit lacking compared to previous ones I stayed in though. As usual the food & beverage was superb. I was lucky that this trip The Garden restaurant was open for diners.
The Berkeley is an amazing hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and polite, as soon as you arrive you are made to feel very welcomed. Could not be better
M y stay at BERKELEY was really nice one.my room was good but next time I with to stay in a room nicer view to hyde park.
