    Fantastic hotel - I have stayed there many times But the room (116) was starting so show some wear and tear and for a junior suite, the layout could be better - the bedroom was big but the side room with dining table was tiny

    The appearance of the hotel is exceptional. In comparison to other top hotels I frequent the customer service needs to improved substantially - guests should not be taken for granted. Kerridges was very disappointing, a very poor welcome and the food was overly seasoned and well below expectations, also there were too many different servers introducing themselves as looking after us. The music and atmosphere was the only enjoyable aspect of the evening. It is doubtful that I will return.
