One of the London’s most recent and swankiest hotels, the Rosewood London muscled its way to the upper tier of the pecking order with its trinity of looks, location and lifestyle.     Superb property - we will return. The person that checked us in was fantastic!! We did have a technical problem with the HVAC system, which awoke us at 3:30am. It was nicely repaired the following day, and mgmt sent us a nice box of macaroons and an apology note. The hotel and the staff exuded high quality.

    It is an excellent hotel, far above the standard five-star facilities I frequently use. Still, I think you should enrich the contents of the breakfast buffet, and change the sign guests hang outside the room door to request that the room be made. As it is, the guest flips the sign from "Privacy" to the other side, but, unlike in other hotels, the room does not get made, because the guest (unbeknownst to him) should have removed the sign completely to signal the room be made. This happened to us, and the room was left without service for 48 hours. Management were profusely apologetic, but the damage had been done. I think they should have gone the extra mile and call me (they had my mobile) to ascertain we did not want the room made.
