    First of all, the service is excellent. The hotel is located at a very central area directly by the river, but is still very calming and quiet when you are in your room. The architecture is unique and absolutely stunning.

    In our opinion, the Trois Rois is the most beautiful and most familiar grand hotel in Switzerland. Even if there are no art fair and hardly any international guests this year, it always has Grandezza and its special flair. The special measures in connection with COVID 19 are so perfect and at the same time arranged as discretely as possible that you don't feel restricted in any way. We are not regular guests at Trois Rois, but we always like to come back here. It is only 1.5 hours from home and yet like a vacation. We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, the charming and attentive accompaniment of the employees in all areas of the hotel.

    What a fabulous experience! We arrived early in the day from a river cruise. Our driver was waiting for us at the specified time, took care to ensure the elderly in our group were securely in the van, and loaded and unloaded our luggage at the hotel. To our pleasant surprise, all 3 rooms were ready and we were able to relax in our rooms after a long journey. The staff was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. We will surely stay at the Grand Hotel the next time we visit Basel!
