    The hotel is extremely charming. Overall, staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, especially the front desk, services at the restaurant and bar, and the gentlemen who greet you outside of the hotel. Improvement is definitely needed with the concierge program. When inquiring about various dining opportunities outside of the hotel, the concierge went to great efforts to dissuade and even discourage us from making reservations. The only recommendations were for the two rather limited dining options that are run by the hotel. As a concierge at a hotel of this caliber, we were surprised to be met with such resistance.
