It's a lovely hotel with incredibly courteous staff. The pool area was quite crowded during our stay. It seemed that there were many people using the pool who were not hotel guests. At times you couldn't get into the pool due to all the children playing games and shouting while in the pool, unsupervised by their parents. Some of the guests were very rude to the pool staff which was very unfortunate. The staff handled these guests in a most professional way. The hotel has been a favorite of ours for over 20 years.
A wonderful stay, perfect. The staff was great and so service minded and positive. You could tell they loved their job and working place, colleagues. So you feel at home and welcome immediately.
