Upon our arrival, when we went to check in we discovered that our reservation was inadvertently cancelled. The staff worked to resolve the situation and upgraded my wife and I to a Deluxe Suite. When we were shown to our room, upon entering the suite, the room was fully decorated with balloons, flowers, and chocolates!!! What an incredible arrival. The impression that the planning, thought and foresight exhibited will be a memory that will last a lifetime!!! This was a truly magnificent stay. The service, professionalism and eagerness that the staff exhibited during our stay was unrivaled by any account from other hotels.
