Grand Luxury Hotels acts as an intermediary between hotels and the users of its website.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that Grand Luxury Hotels' liability is limited to the intermediation services provided on the Website.
Grand Luxury Hotels takes the utmost care in passing on offers and promotions from the hotels selected. We make every effort to update our website as soon as we receive new information about these offers. Nevertheless, all offers are subject to modification by the hotels without prior notice.
Images – We try to ensure that the images displayed on the Grand Luxury website actually correspond to the services offered by the hotels. That said, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. Images are provided in order to give users an idea of the types of service being offered.
ONLINE RATES AND RESERVATIONS
Grand Luxury does not charge you for hotel reservations made on our site.
Rates are determined directly by the hotel. Rate descriptions are communicated by the hotel and are not binding on Grand Luxury Hotels in any way. Rate and package descriptions are subject to modification by the hotels without prior notice.
Therefore, when you make a reservation on the Website and the desired service is available, the agreement entered into will be between you and the hotel.
Under no circumstances can Grand Luxury Hotels be held responsible for a failure on the part of a hotel to fulfill obligations resulting from agreements it has entered into with you.
Rates are given in local currency and may be converted online. This conversion is only valid at the time it is carried out and may change between the reservation date and the date of your stay.
When making a reservation on our website, you will be asked to enter your credit card number (see below). Once you have entered this information and pressed "confirmer la réservation" ("confirm registration"), you will be irrevocably linked to this reservation.
Once your registration has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you at the address you provided. Occasionally, your email Administrator may block certain emails. To ensure you receive our confirmation emails, please add our website email address to your address book: [email protected] Please verify the accuracy of the information in this email, which acts as official confirmation. You are not required to present this document upon your arrival at the hotel. However, we do recommend that you keep it with you.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, you can retrieve your booking by clicking here. Indicate your reservation reference number and the email address you entered at time of booking.
Check-in/Check-out Times: In general, customers can check in at around 3:00 p.m., and check out at around 11:00 a.m., local time. However, there may be variations depending on the hotel. If you would like more information on check-in and check-out, please contact Grand Luxury's Reservations Department using our online contact form.
Hotel room images do not necessarily correspond to the layout of the room you reserved. Please contact us directly if you would like to know the actual layout of your room.
Equipment and descriptions – We try to ensure that services, equipment and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date. That said, this information comes directly from the hotels, so we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. This information is provided in order to give you an idea of the types of service available.
Additional beds – There may be an additional charge associated with adding a bed. Please contact our Reservations Department using our online contact form for more details. If you are travelling with children, please contact us to get the most appropriate rates.
Breakfast – Breakfast is not included, unless otherwise indicated. Some hotels may add additional local fees.
Payment for your hotel reservation depends on the conditions specific to each hotel. Payment can be made in various ways depending on the rate type: deposit made upon reservation with the balance due on-site at the hotel, or total amount due on-site at the hotel.
To verify which payment rules apply to your hotel reservation, either refer to the "payment summary" step when you make your reservation or to your confirmation email.
Your payment will be collected on our website directly by the hotel. We never save your credit card information. It is sent directly to the hotel through a secure link. Depending on the destination, certain hotels may require you to pay applicable local taxes. These charges are listed on the summary page of your order. They are subject to modification without prior notice.
During the hotel reservation procedure, we give you the opportunity to indicate any "special requests" you may have. We will communicate and follow up on your requests with the hotel, but we cannot guarantee they will be granted.
CANCELLATIONS / MODIFICATIONS
The cancellation and modification terms are subject to the specific price listings for each hotel directly. Price listings will differ depending on whether the reservation was partially prepaid or payable directly to the hotel.
Changes to the number of nights may also be subject to cancellation fees, which vary according to the applicable rates. Certain rates cannot be changed. These reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid. Finalising your reservation indicates that you agree to these conditions.
Specific price listings are indicated in the rate conditions for the room requested. This information can be found in the "payment summary" step when you make your reservation, or in your confirmation email.
In the event you do not arrive or you arrive at the hotel after the required time, you will be subject to the hotel's specific rules for reservations paid on-site at the hotel.
Disputes resulting from the cancellation of a reservation must be handled directly with the hotel. Aside from sending your credit card information to the hotel or posting the cancellation terms on our site, we cannot be held responsible for any potential disputes concerning the cancellation of your reservation.
You must send us your credit card number to make a reservation. This information is sent directly to the appropriate hotel via a secure link and is not saved on our website. Some hotels require a deposit at the time the reservation is made, while others use your credit card as a guarantee. Please read the hotel's cancellation and deposit terms before confirming your reservation.

Under no circumstances can Grand Luxury Hotels be held responsible for any potential exchange commission fees collected by your banking institution.

The site's automated data processing system, including the management of user email addresses, were declared to the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) on the 6th of September 2007 registered under the number 1250956.
Governed by French law, jurisdiction being awarded to the competent Parisian Courts, multiple respondents or third-party appeals notwithstanding.
