    Generally much better than last time we stayed and some public area and bar area are well decorated and more comfortable look for using it. However our bath and shower water colour was brown and smelt awful as if the tank is rusted or the water was sitting in there long. This was maybe because the hotel was closed during the winter season, but this could be avoided if they check the tank condition before hand. The towel railing in the shower box wasn't properly fixed and one of the screw to hold that place was totally lose so the rail fell a couple of times. This also could be avoided if the house made inform the condition to manager or her direct boss. It is a beautiful place and location but still room for improvement. The restaurant stuff were very good as before and also the head Concierge and co..

    Great hotel with unique location. It is certainly one of the best hotels I ever stayed in Europe. Only weak point is the bar service: slow, chaotic and expensive taken the food quality
