Beautiful hotel and great service. The bed could have been more comfortable for my back. The staff is exceptional.
Never met the so called butler- was not responsive to our pages several times. Complained to on floor manager, and was not understanding or apologetic. Will not be staying again at this hotel. Was promised a birthday cake of either chocolate or red velvet, got chocolate with cherries- glad I am not allergic to cherries. Glad only dislike them- Room service was incredibly slow. Again, no butler service whatsoever- did not offer tea or coffee upon arrival. No unpacking service upon arrival. Butler was non existent- should have stayed at a best western. Would have received better service.
Overall a very nice hotel, could benefit from updating and exterminating. Location is great. The value was probably not worth the cost, but minus the cockroach and some of the dated components of the room we enjoyed the experience.
Lovely hotel, great room, food absolutely terrible! Would not stay again purely because of the poor quality of the food.
