We absolutely loved it and are planning to return in December if it all possible. I left a note for the hotel manager to express our sincere gratitude for the job well done. This is a scary time for travel, and it was difficult to know if we were making a sound decision to get away for a few days for a leisure trip. I felt that they provided the safest experience possible, while somehow not only showing that they understood the seriousness of the pandemic , yet were able to let it not be the focus. There is a fantastic culture of respect of the property and willingness to take excellent care of the customer. This was very impressive and not typically seen at the level it was achieved by the peninsula hotel. We are grateful for the experience! (Also- to follow up on an earlier question, we were offered an upgrade , but we declined because we needed a double bed room)

A lovely luxury hotel that could be located anywhere in the world. If you are looking for a “Hollywood” experience, choose the Beverly Hills Hotel. For discreet luxury and excellent service, choose the Peninsula.
