We like the hotel very much having stayed there a couple of times in the past, and would always try to stay there should we return to Sydney in the future. The staff were, without exception efficient and helpful.
There are many hotels to chose from.Personally I stay at the Lagham due to staff being well trained, courteous at all times, & efficient I also enjoy the decor and the comfort feeling that envelopes one
Besides the gorgeous Pink theme, and surprisingly the pet friendly menus, items for sale (I bought a large pink pillow for my dog), the overall hotel is pleasant, relaxing and very upmarket, and friendly - All the staff that we interacted with, where fantastic - made note of this to the gentlemen who checked us out, by reference the staff by name that we were impressed with.
