    Staff was efficient and friendly. We were greeted by our names at the Lounge and staff went out of their ways to assist us. The front desk director Grace even arranged our transport to the airport link Kowloon station on the last day. Overall a very relaxing stay at The Langham Hong Kong. Highly recommended and we'll surely return.

    We loved the hotel and it’s staff. The rooms need to be updated to be more modern electronically (e.g. no plug in bathroom, need to have USB ports in the room etc). Bostonian Grill seems to be understaffed.
