    Outstanding hotel. Would rate everything “10”. However when I enter 10 it reverts to a “5”. Don’t know whether it is my phone or if you have a “bug” in your system. Great experience. I stay in Grand Luxory hotels. This is the best

    1) excellent hotel with a lot of charm 2) I booked an imperial room, as I am used to, got upgrated to a heritage room (number 319)...but the heritage room had no individual shower cubicle and the height of ceiling is markedly lower than in imperial room. Having said this, the room is much bigger ans quiet 3) a detail: the breads/patisserie served at breakfast and in the restaurant is not of good quality at all (at least to French standards). This is surprising for a 5 starr hotel

    Wonderful hotel, will continue to stay there. I am a female traveler and I'm often alone. I've had poor experiences at other hotels in Delhi, never at the Imperial. I feel very safe there. We weren't aware there was a Mothers' Day brunch when we went for lunch. It was an amazing buffet!

    It is one of the more amazing hotels in the world, with amazing art on the walls and in the rooms, antiques everywhere and the sense that you are staying in a place of immense history. The staff are friendly, efficient and very gracious at every step of the way.
