We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chedi! Superb Hotel, great and very forthcoming staff, the food at the Japanese restaurant and the Restaurant was amazing! We, including our dog, felt very welcome. We hope to visit soon again!

Service throughout was world class. Staff was always very friendly and competent. Breakfast, the Chalet and The Restaurant offered excellent food. The Japanese restaurant was good but not really authentic. Rooms were great with the exception of the washing area. Especially the water taps are terrible. I think there are no guests which have been splashed by the water as their handling is not expected. Anyway, great hotel and we will come back again.

We had a wonderful time. Great facilities and the staff were just outstanding. Service was at the highest level. Food was also really authentic. One of the best hotels in Switzerland

To be honest, we were a little bit disappointed (complaining on a high level though). Staff was overwhelmed with reception of guest on a snowy Sunday afternoon...they forgot us in the bar while waiting for the room with the excuse " we tried to reach on your cell but reception is sometimes weak here!???" The furniture in the bar was worn out. The SPA was a very cold ans uninspiring place and the hot stone massage was mediocre....Again complaining on a very high level but having been in top hotels around the world I really don't understand the hype around this place and how they got rated Nr 2 in Switzerland.
