A very nice hotel, staff were lovely friendly and efficient, all the restaurants were good, public areas were great. I liked the beach only disappointment was that the sea was too rough and there was a strong current because I would have liked to snorkel somewhere.

Everything's so nice. We really enjoyed St. Regis. And the employees, reception, concierge were all very kind and help us a lot. So appreciate for that. But one thing, after our check-out, we ask to reception to keep our bags and we enjoyed good dinner at Kayuputi and leave for airport by hotel transportation what they offered to us. When we came to lobby the car was already prepared and they loaded our bags into the car. When we arrived airport we find out one of our bag is missing and as I know the hotel notice that at that time together, but fortunately we have some more time, so we ask them bring our bag to airport. Then hotel said they can, but we should pay $22 for transportation. If they ask us checking our bags or something before we leave hotel, then I can understand transportation fee. And also even if we stayed small or lower level hotel, then I can understand some. But this hotel was St. Regis which is famous for the service, and that is most important reason why I choose this hotel(for example, when I go to Bangkok, I normally stay in Oriental hotel). So at that moment, I ask hotel "Anyway I need that bag and we cannot comeback here again soon, so if I have to pay, then I will.. but do you think is this situation, only my fault?" . Then they said, " you don't need to pay then ", anyway after 20 mins we can get our bag before we leave. So. We really had good time there, but the last thing make us a little unhappy, but except that, we were satisfied everything. Grand Luxury Hotels, thank you for your help again.
