    I think this is a very fine hotel. I would describe it as casual luxury and not pretentious or snobby at all, which I have felt about other hotels in Japan. The lobby area perhaps could be a little more luxurious, characterful and the rooms although a great size with fantastic views, lack a little but of charm or homeliness. However this is great value for money in Tokyo and we were treated like royalty for our honeymoon which I will be eternally grateful for. I would be hard pushed to find a better hotel that offers the relaxed and fun loving nature of this hotel for the money it costs. The chandeliers in the lifts are very fun, and the food looks wonderful in the restaurants. I must say that the cocktails on offer in the lobby lounge are amazing too! In fact they were some of the best cocktails I have ever had. The room breakfast was not the best I have ever had though, by a long shot, and remains the only area for real improvement. The pastries were a little dry and my hot food arrived luke warm to cold but it did not effect our stay at all. We still loved this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

    conveniently located, very good and professional service. rooms and spacious. however, design of the rooms ait old fashion as compared to the newer hotels, eg Andaz and Penninsular
