The property is beautiful and quiet and it's proximity to the water is a huge plus. Guest services were very good - room service, cleaning crew, spa, and poolside attendants. Everyone was friendly and open. The restaurants were uneven, however. The Thai Kitchen was excellent with great service. The Brasserie was up and down, depending. There seemed to be enough staff but often they were running in circles and gathering in groups. I think there is some work to be done by management. The thing in the middle - Noepe? - was terrible. Warm cocktails (assuming unintentional), puzzling menu, inferior food. Looks nice, but fails on many fronts. Not a bar, not a lounge, not a restaurant. What is it? I really enjoyed my stay but I think there are few blemishes that could be fixed.

I was put in a beautiful room 1114 opening on to the lagoon. The food was also excellent. Two minor points. Please put a paper scan for the room service in the room, I couldn't get my phone to work on the very quick TV one. Second, the drinks fridge in the room was fully lit and had a glass door that lit up the entire room when all the other lights were out. I could not find a way of turning it off. In the end I pulled it out and switched it off at the wall. thanks

extremely pleasant staff , at all levels . Nice environment, love the location, far from Dubai buzz. The only reproach is that there were some worksite , with a 24H generator below our terrace . booking for a terrace suite and such a noise is really a shame . Apart from that , everything was perfect.

I love this place since many years... was just not too happy about the front office friendliness... the rest was like usual...
