The hotel rooms and facilities are excellent especially the swimming pool area, although there is no outdoor restaurant space in the evening The staff in general are very good. However they are a comparatively new hotel and there are a number of inexperienced and trainees who are a nuisance The hotel is badly letdown by the food. Both at lunch and particularly dinner the quality of ingredients and the cooking in very poor.. Being situated away from the centre of Marrakech there are no alternative restaurants within easy reach, and having such poor food will discourage us returning as it is an important part of the holiday
