    A Grand Luxury client since October 2018, privilege

    Impressive Hotel, as well as its personnel from the people at the door all the way up to management. One funny point: The elevator to the spa was not working, so a butler conducted us to the main entrance of the street. I have never been -nor my girlfriend- in the street wearing a bath robe, most specially with such cold weather. In any case we had one of the best massages we have ever had.
