One of the greats. Though this time the room upgrade was a downgrade, because there was a very strong noice coming from the trams at the backside of the hotel.
Only comment of negativity: we had luggage that was delayed by air carrier. Staff was to call when luggage arrived. Staff did not akert when bags were placed in room.
A beautiful hotel with a lot of atmosphere and very professional staff, perfect for discovering the city.
