    Like in most hotels the reception employees are always new and the software does not help them to know if the guest is a repeating customer or not. I think someone should fix the software to give this important information to the receptionists. There are always familiar faces in the hotel especially at the breakfast restaurant and the staff is very professional and courteous. The hotel is fully refurbished (at least the room we stayed in) and at a great location. I strongly recommend to spend the extra money and book a junior suite rather than the deluxe room because the size difference makes the stay in the suite more comfortable. Furthermore the bathroom of the junior suite has a separate shower cabinet which is much more comfortable than the shower in the bathtub.
