Information pertaining to our club members in light of the COVID-19 pandemic
For this hotel, the hint’s in the name. Ett Hem, Swedish for “a home”, is just that...a place that feels like your incredibly stylish friend's house, albeit one with a chef in the kitchen, a sommelier, people to attend to your every whim and a marble hammam in the basement. The kitchen is always open and you can stroll in anytime and have the chef whip you something from scratch. Elsewhere, the flawless interiors are just as cozy, but big on luxury. Think exquisite carpentry on the staircase, handmade furniture in the rooms and arresting art, ceramics and antiques wherever you look. Befitting the setting, the service here is warm and understated, a place where you can wander into the kitchen and chat to the chef as he goes about his day, or if you prefer, head to the bar in the living room, where you can prepare your own drinks. And the location of the Ett Hem, central enough to be close enough to everything you want to see in the Swedish capital, doesn’t hurt either.
