Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Artur on reception was outstanding. Breakfast was very good indeed with excellent choices and nice ambience. This was my fourth stay and the standard is maintained and excellent.
Although the real estate is an icon in Copacabana and the BELMOND standard flourish everywhere, I am not sure that antique building can offer the proper comfort one expects!
nice hotel - situated badly but nothing to change about that, rooms old (annex block) and need to be refurbished soon but everything was working perfectly and we felt very comfi over there, good bed and good spa as well - very nice gym as well and staff friendly - restaurants overrated a bit - pergula is "solala" and the italian delivered medium food for high prices - just the MEE could meet our expectations - nice trip experience overall
The hotel is very well maintained and the staff is very courteous. Loved the upgrade. The suite had an ocean view and was gorgeous. Thank you.
