Excellent but the main restaurant must be open every night .
We loved the chateau itself, it was beautifully restored. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed, although a little short on storage for our clothes. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially the front desk.
A beautiful hotel that we have stayed at many times before. The only comment i would make is that on the days the main restaurant is closed, they should offer a bar snack service to guests that do not want to eat in the other restaurant. When we arrived we did not want to eat a full meal but wanted a club sandwich and fries along with our glass of wine, all they could offer was a plate of ham or smoked salmon due to the kitchen being closed. Could they not provide a bar menu from the other kitchen in that case, it is not so far away that the food could not be brought in a hot box.
