Staffs we met are friendly and courteous, we had a great stay, the unfortunate is that only Bob's bar and Knolls were open, rest of the F&Bs were closed due to current pandemic situation.
We loved the hotell, it felt almost like being on an island. The staff was super friendly and the room was lovely! The only thing I can give feedback on was the breakfast. I know these are unusual times so the buffet was not possible, but I which there had been more variety and most of all freshly squeesed juice! In 5-star hotell that is a must. The juice that was offered was not very good. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!
Overall a cut above the rest in terms of hospitality. Professionalism found in all staff, attentive and hospitable. Great atmosphere and landscaping. Worthy of a grand luxury experience.
This was our 3rd stay at the Capella Sentosa Island Singapore and we would love to return again in the future. The swimming pool is excellent, the rooms are lovely and the staff are wonderfully attentive and look after your every need. I highly recommend this hotel.
