The Bulgari far exceeded my expectations. The staff were so attentive, professional and genuine - far superior to any service we have received in the Middle East. The general vibe of the hotel is cool, welcoming and buzzy. The garden was a wonderful place to spend time and we enjoyed many glasses of wine there. The breakfast was sublime - best ever. We will definitely return.

I've been staying at the Bulgari hotel since 2009 so I know it very well and is the only hotel I will stay at whilst in Milan. I do think they might try and remember when guests have stayed in the past and not leave cards "welcome you to the Bulgari" and say "welcome back to the Bulgari" ... Loved that they print business cards with your name on as "your residence in Milan" very innovative. I also adore Stefano in the kitchen as he knows just how I like my scrambled eggs!

Charming and efficient staff. Very nice suite. Nice location, very comfortable hotel. The outdoor bar/restaurant is quite "trendy", so a bit noisy and not always tables left for residents during the week-end.
