Top luxury and extremely attentive service, old world feel with its curious layout and wonderful vegetation.
All was perfect. 3 breakfasts at the polo lounge. One outside the first day which was lovely. The other 2 were inside, very disappointed that both mornings we had very loud groups of men having a business breakfast. It kind of spoilt our experience. Maybe they should consider people on vacation being separated.
This hotel is an American icon. I have stayed there several times in the past and always enjoy myself. We did encounter a problem with the bathtub in our room and the guest relations manager eventually responded appropriately. My husband had a great massage at the spa and I was delighted to have a hair salon in the hotel. A special thank you to Mika, a young lady who worked behind the desk - she sent us in the hotel car every time we left the property. Overall a wonderful stay!
I loved it. Will be back. Brian in Security was the icing on the cake. He is an asset beyond security! Amazing personality to all guests.
