Excellent service, caring staff especially after we returned for 2nd visit with a very bad cold, arranged a chicken soup for me in our room. Very attentive. Will definitely recommend.
the hotel was exceptional and the staff wonderful. the only suggestions we would make to enhance the stay relates to the room itself. Since it is so small, it would have been far better to have a chair that slips under the desk, and not out into the room. it was virtually impossible to make way around the chair and the bed and the suitcases without bumping into something or climbing over a chair or the bed. I think a slipper stool would tuck in perfectly as the desk is the spot where a lady might sit to do her hair. the bathroom shower should have had a larger barrier or curtain as water was always spraying on the floor which made it slippery. Loved the room though otherwise!!! Thank you!
Great hotel! Breakfast was absolutely the best I ever had. Service is extremely good, but for my taste a little bit over the top. Toilets in rooms were not flushing properly and the heating was not working.
