Originating from the south west region of France known as Les Landes, Alain Ducasse is the most famous French Chef of his generation. Multi-Michelin starred Chef, creator of restaurants, businessman and instructor; he has developed over more than 30 years a unique know-how, expressed through different activities in the field of art de vivre and contemporary gastronomy. His original creations reflect his perpetual attention to detail and his concern for technical accuracy in all domains. Throughout his whole career, Alain Ducasse’s priority has been to share his passion and to pass on his knowledge. He adores training and driving teams who reproduce his tried and proven techniques and know-how and thanks to the world’s diversity and cultural wealth his endless curiosity and thirst are fed.
