The Connaught

This nautically inspired suite on the sixth floor of the hotel comprises 270 degree views over the Mayfair rooftops. Guests enter into a wonderful cerused oak dressing study, which leads to a sitting-room with a pair of special sofas and a wonderful "propeller table". A single door opens from the sitting-room into the double bedroom with two full height windows overlooking the 300 sq. ft. terrace and central London.

The furniture is bespoke and styled as if on a luxury ship. Navy blue and crisp white bed linen complete the scheme. The Eagle’s Lodge at a glance includes bespoke cabinetwork to make the most of the space, as if on a boat, dressing study with a fitted desk that looks out towards the House of Lords and the London Eye over the roof tops of Mayfair, plenty of wardrobe and storage space as well as a small built in pantry and bar. It is equipped with 32" Plasma screen TV in sitting-room and bedroom, 17” LCD televisions in the bathroom, combination CD and DVD players as well as MP3 ports.

The bathroom features a large walk in shower and double vanity unit, a free standing bath designed for two, a pair of nickel porthole windows, and a tub chair inspired by a 1930s Italian liner.
