Your host is sommelier Derrick Lim, whose passion for wine has taken him from the New York City restaurant scene to Italian winery Emilia Romagna. You will no doubt be mesmerized by the state-of-the-art enomatic system, which showcases 16 most distinguished wines each month, served by the glass.
