In 1956, Charles Ritz, son of the founder and himself a great sports fisherman, created a new restaurant named L’Espadon (The Swordfish).

The breathtaking cuisine of the Espadon is a perfect combination of traditional French culinary style with contemporary overtones.
The Michelin-starred and award-wining Chef Michel Roth focuses on the highest-quality ingredients prepared with precision and creativity. Inspired by Auguste Escoffier, the first legendary chef of the Ritz, he creates for the Espadon original and tasteful menus.
