Le Bristol Paris

The 114 Faubourg is open every day from 7:00am to 11:00am (11:30am on weekends), from 12:00pm to 2:30pm (except on weekends) and from 7:00pm to 10:30pm.

At the helm of the restaurant, is Eric Desbordes, a young chef mentored by Eric Frechon. The cuisine is creative and authentic, with fresh vegetables. Customers can choose between a meat and a fish, which can be grilled, griddled, steamed or, for large pieces, spit-roasted.
