The hotel was understaffed, and the staff were poorly trained. I have been staying at this hotel regularly since it opened, and have always had 5* service. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. I fed back a few specific incidents to my GEM relationship manager. It’s unfortunate to see that a hotel like this has cut corners and cost when it comes to hiring professional staff.
