Two of the Deluxe Suites are two-level suites, with the bedroom and/or bathroom on the second floor. Both have extra-high, interestingly angled ceilings and floor-to-ceiling French windows overlooking the neighbourhood. Both of these suites features a 106-centimetre (42-inch) plasma screen television and an iPod docking station in the living area.

The third Deluxe Suite has five steps to separate the bedroom from the living room. It has hardwood French doors and a large walk-out balcony that seats four, overlooking the private courtyard. The lavish marble bathrooms feature a deep soaking tub, a separate shower and WC; two of the three suites feature a double vanity. Also featured is a 38-centimetre (15-inch) LCD television.
