Located on the lobby level of the Hotel, Le Mistral's contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and tapas concept provides an informal yet elegant feeling, underscored by its black-and-white marble floors, wooden tables and leather-covered walls and chairs. It is the perfect setting for guests and local patrons alike.
Breakfast features a buffet including local items such as dulce de leche and maté as well as a complete à la carte menu. Lunch boasts an antipasto buffet with fresh Patagonian oysters, shrimp, a selection of Argentinian cold cuts and cheeses, and six different main courses – as well as the famous Argentinian grilled meats – and a dessert buffet.
At dinner, contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and tapas are served on unique acrylic, wood, glass and china serving pieces. The menu includes market-fresh salads and handcrafted pasta, flavourful grilled meats, poultry, seafood and rustic and interesting seasonal side dishes, served on cast iron or copper pieces.
