Located on the lobby level of the Hotel, Le Mistral's contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and tapas concept provides an informal yet elegant feeling, underscored by its black-and-white marble floors, wooden tables and leather-covered walls and chairs. It is the perfect setting for guests and local patrons alike.
Breakfast features a buffet including local items such as dulce de leche and maté as well as a complete à la carte menu. Lunch boasts an antipasto buffet with fresh Patagonian oysters, shrimp, a selection of Argentinian cold cuts and cheeses, and six different main courses – as well as the famous Argentinian grilled meats – and a dessert buffet.
At dinner, contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and tapas are served on unique acrylic, wood, glass and china serving pieces. The menu includes market-fresh salads and handcrafted pasta, flavourful grilled meats, poultry, seafood and rustic and interesting seasonal side dishes, served on cast iron or copper pieces. Providing seasonal Argentine products, the presentation is fresh, simple and wholesome.
