The interior design of Es Vi looks loke an elegant Bodega and encloses a tasteful wine selection served with culinary delights. The chef Catalina Pieras prepares the latter in form of noble tapas such as grilled Pilgrim Scallops with citrus fruits and Campari or Duck’s liver with spring leek and honey sauce.
