The Aman Spa

The Aman Spa opened here in December 2001. The Spa features six spacious Thai-style spa pavilions offering an open, light-filled space of wood and glass with private steam room, shower, bath, dressing area and an outdoor meditation sala. Healing or traditional treatments can be enjoyed individually or as a couple. There is also a traditional sauna, granite steam room and a fountain terrace where health drinks are served. Complimentary guided yoga and meditation sessions are offered at daybreak in the open-sided teakwood salas set high on the hillside. The extensive Aman Spa menu includes a range of healing therapies as well as traditional treatments such as facials, body wraps, scrubs and baths.

Fitness center

The glass-walled gym duplex is perched high on a hillside with spectacular views of the Andaman Sea. The gym is over 350 sq.m. and equipment ranges from free weights to a variety of exercise machines and a Power Plate which vibrates at high speeds, encouraging muscles to contract in multiple directions. Cardio work machines are equipped with satellite TV screens with access to international news, sports and entertainment channels.The facility is open 6am till 9pm and experienced gym staff are available for assistance. A juice bar on the first floor provides well-earned smoothies and a diverse array of blended juices.
